Reservations: the site does not collect booking data directly. Reservations are made through the CoverManager platform, which processes your data (name, contact, date, number of people) at the time of booking, with its own information at that step. Direct contact: if you call us, we only process the data you share in order to answer your request (pre-contractual steps, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention periods
Reservations: kept by the CoverManager platform under its own policy. Billing data, where it exists: the applicable legal periods.
